Job Description
- The Impact Assessment and Learning Coordinator shall Ensure and enable result based robust planning, monitoring evaluation and learning systems that improve the quality and effectiveness of our work in line with the Strategy 2023 and Accountability Learning and Planning System (ALPS) at AAIN and Partner Organization levels.
Job Specification
Key qualifications and competencies:
- Master’s degree in Social sciences or relevant field from a recognized University
- At least 5 -7 years of work experience in related field in similar organization
- 3-4-year -work experience in similar role
- Budget management experience
- Proficiency in English language and fluency in written and spoken Nepali
