Job Description
  • Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
  • Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
  • Orientation of employees
  • Training and Development
  • Carrying out routineĀ tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
  • Handling performance management of the staff
  • Develop performance plans for the employees
  • Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
  • Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
  • Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
  • Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
  • Reward System
  • Any other HR related matters that may arise
Job Specification
  • Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
  • Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software HRIS is preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Nepali
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
  • Good communication skills
  • Good quantitative skills
  • Good analytical skill to solve problems
  • Good interpersonal skills for dealing with people from banks and government offices
  • Sound knowledge on banking procedures and insurance
  • Bachelors Degree
