Job Description
  • Screening, monitoring and training the potential candidates on experiences and skills.
  • Lead a team on the department.
  • Ensure all the CVs are updated with correct format
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Organize and manage new candidates orientation, on-boarding and training programs
  • Updating job requirements when needed
  • Contact candidates and ensure each of them are updated with their required course
  • Maintain candidates records and paperwork
  • Develop the vocabulary regarding the different trade
  • Continuous follow up and training with candidates on English/trade revision.
