Job Description
  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
  • Contact references and perform background checks
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates
  • Prepare and maintain contracts for every employee
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Manage remuneration, employment policies, and appraisal.
  • Training and skill development of employees
  • Manage and details related to attendance, compensation leave, replacement staff and performance of employees and covey them to the concerned head
Other Specification
  • Should have 2-3 years of experiences in HR related field
  • Should have effective communication, negotiation, team, and interpersonal skills
  • Should have typing skills in English and Nepali
  • Should be up-to-date with basic software like Excel, Word, Powerpoint
