Job Description
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
- Prepare and maintain contracts for every employee
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Manage remuneration, employment policies, and appraisal.
- Training and skill development of employees
- Manage and details related to attendance, compensation leave, replacement staff and performance of employees and covey them to the concerned head
Other Specification
- Should have 2-3 years of experiences in HR related field
- Should have effective communication, negotiation, team, and interpersonal skills
- Should have typing skills in English and Nepali
- Should be up-to-date with basic software like Excel, Word, Powerpoint
