Job Description
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at different occasions.
  • Understand and keep abreast of all company, government, and other applicable compliance, requirements and ensures tasks are performed in accordance with these requirements
  • Building company culture, values, and team dynamics. 
  • Managing events and team building activities on a regular basis
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and other initiatives
  • Maintaining employee personal records e.g recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases etc
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Formulating and implementing  onboarding and exit processes
  • Generating official letters and updating templates and position description
  • Responsible for ensuring timely payroll processing, retirement funds processing and settlement processing
  • Helps to provide guidance to employees and other HR functions in matters related to Payroll processing, systems, and tax laws
  • Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
  • Monitoring the staff attendance log and reporting to the concerned team managers
  • Liaise with relevant third party agencies via phone, email and fax
  • Conduct  in-house training and workshops
Job Specification
  • Proven working experience in Human Resource Management
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Excellent at MS Excel, MS Word, survey applications, gmail, google drive, calendar apps
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of Legal Compliances, Laws and HR best practices.
