Job Description
- Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
- Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
- Orientation of employees
- Training and Development
- Carrying out routineĀ tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
- Handling performance management of the staff
- Develop performance plans for the employees
- Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
Job Specification
Education: Masters Degree in Management
- Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading or Business House
- Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software HRIS is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Nepali
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
- Good communication skills
- Good quantitative skills
- Good analytical skill to solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with people from banks and government offices
- Sound knowledge on banking procedures and insurance
- Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
- Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
- Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
- Reward System
- Any other HR related matters that may arise
