Job Description
  • Preparation of Payroll for HO and Factory staffs and Labours 
  • Attendance monitoring and disbursement of salary, advance processing, leave
  • Manage end to end recruitment and selection process
  • Responsible to Follow the Labour rules applicable in Nepal such as Social security fund etc
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Develop, engage, motivate and retain talent
  • Nurture a fun and positive working environment
  • Evaluation of staffs performance for the promotional activities
  • Manage office administrative activities
  • Liasioning with related government departments
  • Other duties as assigned by Finance Director/Managing Director

Other Specification

  • Bachelors degree from a recognized university/ Institution in related specialization i.e HR and Admin
  • Must have his own 2 Wheeler. Petrol reimbursement shall be provided as per the company's policy
  • Advance knowledge of MS-office package, internet and E-mail
  • Good communication skills and Relationship Management Skills
