Job Description
- Preparation of Payroll for HO and Factory staffs and Labours
- Attendance monitoring and disbursement of salary, advance processing, leave
- Manage end to end recruitment and selection process
- Responsible to Follow the Labour rules applicable in Nepal such as Social security fund etc
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Develop, engage, motivate and retain talent
- Nurture a fun and positive working environment
- Evaluation of staffs performance for the promotional activities
- Manage office administrative activities
- Liasioning with related government departments
- Other duties as assigned by Finance Director/Managing Director
Other Specification
- Bachelors degree from a recognized university/ Institution in related specialization i.e HR and Admin
- Must have his own 2 Wheeler. Petrol reimbursement shall be provided as per the company's policy
- Advance knowledge of MS-office package, internet and E-mail
- Good communication skills and Relationship Management Skills
