Job Description
  • Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
  • Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
  • Orientation of employees
  • Training and Development
  • Carrying out routineĀ tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
  • Handling performance management of the staff
  • Develop performance plans for the employees
  • Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
  • Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
  • Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
  • Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
  • Reward System
  • Any other HR related matters that may arise

Finance:

  • Preparing, checking and verification of all kinds of vouchers
  • Maintaining and verification of sales, purchase and stock registers
  • Maintaining the cash and bank book for preparing daily cash reports
  • Verification and reconciliation of bank statements and advices
  • Assisting the auditors in internal and tax audit
  • Preparing report of outstanding debtors and creditors and their reconciliation
  • Preparing the monthly report (as per requirement) for submitting to management
  • Maintaining and updating various loans (TR/STL/OD/MTL) borrowed by the company and checking and calculating the interest of each
  • Preparing salary chart, TDS chart and VAT reconciliation chart
  • Reconciling accounts as per tax to be done quarterly
  • Corresponding with banks and Tax Offices as per requirement
  • Informing about the banks positions to the concerned Directors
  • Giving advices to directors regarding ways for reducing expenses and improve revenue
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
Job Specification
  • Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
  • Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software HRIS is preferre
  • Fluency in both English and Nepali
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
  • Good communication skills
  • Good quantitative skills
  • Good analytical skill to solve problems
  • Good interpersonal skills for dealing with people from banks and government offices
  • Good knowledge of VAT, tax, TDS, production management and government policies
  • Sound knowledge on banking procedures and insurance
  • Bachelors Degree
