Job Description
1)Manage the Sales operation and restructure sales force to align with company’s vision and strategy.
2)Revamp current structure toward channel focused strategy, focused trade marketing approach, and planned growth.
3)Design and implement robust system of internal policies and procedures geared towards eliminating inefficiencies.
4)Develop strategies to improve P&L by improving product mix, channel contribution, and market penetration.
5)Analyze current distribution and coverage and set clear strategies toward increasing product penetration, shelf share, and market share by channel with direct distribution and sub distributor model.
6)Rationalize product portfolio and align new SKU launches with category strategy and competitive and market insights.
7)Build the sales capability in the organization through recruitment, training, and implementation of systems and processes

1)Focus on acquiring new business helping the business to grow both organically and externally.
2)Coordinate with suppliers to develop strategies to enhance the business and counter competitor activities.
3)Ensure efficient operations through streamlined processes and cross functional coordination.
