Job Description
  • Receive the incoming calls and transferring them on to the respective department and persons.
  • Maintain daily reception record i.e. courier, letters, documents, etc.
  • Handle phone queries for various products and services.
  • Handle walk – in – customers for various products and services.
  • Proper record of queries and walk-in customers.
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/ HOD.
