Job Description
- Greet guests and handle the task accordingly (issue, meeting, information, routing guest, etc.).
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and maintain log book and distribute them to concerned personnel.
- KYC verification according to viber communication.
- Issue handle according to volume of issue by own self or handling to the concern department.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company with all necessary material.
- Receive appropriate and adequate information and re-direct calls/messages to the concerned person or department.
- Should be intelligent and organized and able to work in pressure
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Check, sort and forward emails accordingly.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management.
- Convincing every guest and informing them the merits of the company.
- Able to work Shift wise.
- Able to prepare the reports.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent language and providing clear information regarding the queries and issues to the quest in written and spoken English
- Pleasing personality, good listener with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
- Females are highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge in decision making, reporting skill and communication skill.
