Job Description
- Provide overall leadership, oversight and management support for all aspects of financial management
- Focus on ensuring accountability, stewardship, analysis and advices
- Developing financial strategy
- Responsible for the Finance Staff capacity strenthening, development and implementation
Job Specification
- Master's degree in development sector with 5-7 years's of experience in INGO preferably in a Senior Management role
- Should have the capacity to develop system and policy to support management
- Must have analytical skills
- Experience in grant management is must
