Position: F & B Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
• Process customer complaints patiently
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
• Track and order shipments
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
• Adhere to food, health and safety standards
• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
• Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience

Job Specification

• Candidates having pleasing personality with good communication skill and solid knowledge of F & B service operation as well as commanding administrative experience.
• Candidate should be able to ensure prompt and efficient service to our client, train staff to provide high standard of service as per the RHG brand standard and to assist F&B manager. 
• Minimum qualification MHM/BHM with 5 years of experience in 4/5 star hotels in the similar role as Asst. Manager F&B.
• Candidate having higher qualification and experience along with the knowledge of additional language will be given preference.
