Position: Executive Secretary (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Receiving and Screening phone calls and redirecting them as appropriate.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing/incoming/ correspondence(email, letters etc)
• Maintaining Executive's agenda and assist in Planning, appointments, Meeting, Conference etc.
• Maintain Records ensuring information organized and easily accessible.

Job Specification

• Master's Degree from recognized university with score of at least 50% or CGPA 2.5 with at least 2 Years experience.

• Bachelor's Degree from recognized university with score of at least 50% or CGPA 2.5 with at least 2 Years experience.

• Preference shall be given for those having secretarial course.

• Proficient in Nepali and English Typing.

• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.

• Outstanding Communication & negotiation abilities.

• Excellent organization & time Management skill
