  • Develop annual brand promotion and event plan
  • Organize and lead special projects and events targeted at brand promotion
  • Develop and formulate event organizing policies and strategies with the help of the team
  • Plan, get approval for and implement event activities in efficient and effective ways
  • Conduct analysis of customer, current market conditions and competitor information about the events
  • Plan and manage resources to be utilized in the programs according to agreed budgets
  • Research and evaluate new event opportunities, customer needs, and insights
  • Develop and formulate event organizing policies and strategies with the help of the team
  • Call meetings, internal and external (with Jury members, other stakeholders), and get finalized the agenda to be implemented
  • Manage relevant reporting of activities and financial information of the event unit in coordination with the Finance Department
  • Maintain, develop and articulate an organization’s desired corporate image, reputation, and position
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all event efforts and report to the supervisor
  • Act as the Organization’s representative with the stakeholders
  • Lead projects as assigned and special events
    Other Specification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any relevant field
    • Experience of event management and brand promotions at least 2 years
    • Fluent in English and local language
    • Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Must have own vehicle
