Job Description
- Provide information and advice to prospective international students in Nepal for off-shore students and their families regarding study opportunities in Australia.
- Submit applications to institutions, obtain offers and facilitate enrollments
- Follow up leads and contacts and maximize the number of students application submitted and finalized enrollment.
- Support Consultant network students
- Promote Consultant IELTS Tests and assist in increasing test bookings
- Data entry of student applications.
- Manage and store student files through the established filing system.
- Follow standard CRM sales process to record and update all student interactions and applications, follow through on students’ inquiries and applications
- Continually enhance product knowledge base through client training's, workshops, briefing sessions,visits and peer discussions and IELTS Customer Service Training.
- Keep informed of market and DIBP regulation changes that may have an impact on the business.
- Completion of PIER Education Agents training course.
- Attend to student face-to-face, phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow through on student inquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
- Organist student excursions and cultural events.
- Manage in-house interview sessions where students can meet institutions to submit spot applications.
- Managing reception occasionally including responding to and redirecting queries where required.
- Assist Aussie Consultant IELTS test candidates with general information and test bookings.
- Support event managers in the organisation of major promotional events such as Interview Sessions,twice-a-year exhibitions and IELTS Masterclass.
- Assist the promotion and student bookings of excursions and cultural events.
- Share knowledge and market information with team members who may find it useful.
- Provide input on marketing activities to promote IDP brand and services.
- Assist in identification of opportunities and threats in the market.
- Work with marketing staff and institution representatives in strategies for promoting institution.
- Display consistent high level of professionalism at work.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree,
- Knowledge of Australian education institutions and their international operations,
- Achievement orientated,
- Demonstrated customer service orientation,
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively,
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team,
- Organisation skills,
- High level of problem solving and negotiation skills,
- Understand needs and issues of on-shore international students,
- Fluent in English and a second language preferable or one of the other subcontinent languages,
