Job Description
- This is a top management position responsible to the Executive Board.
- The Director General has to look after the Secretariat as CEO and has the responsibility of implementing the vision of the Executive Board.
Job Specification
- The candidate should have Masters degree and 7 years experience in administration, economics and social Science, experience in NGO management and project development.
- S/he should have sound knowledge to work in a team.
- S/he is should be knowledgeable in handicraft sector, export promotion, industry environment and craft development.
- S/he should be a team leader, a mentor and be able to motivate the staff
