Job Description
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Developing and managing digital marketing strategy.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Managing the redesign of the company website.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelors in any related field (communications, digital marketing, advertising or IT preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience of digital marketing, social media handling and brand awareness
- Knowledge of web traffic metrics, web design, post boosting and publishing
- Experienced in digital media campaigns and other audience-engaging contents
- Up to date with all the ongoing trends, latest technology and changes in all social media accounts
- Fluent in English and Nepali (Both spoken and written)
- Highly motivated and self-driven personality
- A very good communicator and creative thinker
