Job Description
  • Provide operational support for the Service Center:
  • Assist customers with documentation for both import and export
  • Assists with operational procedures including sorting, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information
  • Process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process
  • Take greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function.
  • Provide operational support to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies
  • Handle customer quarries and problems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
