Job Description
- Provide operational support for the Service Center:
- Assist customers with documentation for both import and export
- Assists with operational procedures including sorting, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information
- Process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process
- Take greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function.
- Provide operational support to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies
- Handle customer quarries and problems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
