Job Description
 
  • Greets and welcomes guests' as they arrive.

  • Checks guests' in and out for appointments.

  • Provides accurate and appropriate information to guests regarding services and rates.

  • Handle billing and cash

  • Manages database in Computer system

  • Responds to guest requests and handles guest issues or report complaints to management.

  • Promptly answers telephone in a professional and clear manner.

  • Effectively deals with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.

  • Answers guest questions regarding area , outlet information and services.

Job Specification
  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in English with multiple languages knowledge will be value added
