Position: Contract Manager (Hot Job)

Review, negotiate, and draft terms and conditions for bid proposals, customer sales agreements, contract amendments, change orders, confidentiality agreements, and other forms of agreements
Maintaining contractual records
Developing and implementing procedures and policies
Securing contracts on the behalf of employers
Negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible compliance with corporate risk standards including evaluation of risks presented by the work in question.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Related Field
Extensive knowledge and understanding of various commercial terms and conditions, including legal and commercial implications.
Extensive knowledge of power generation industry and/or construction industry practices and legal standards.
Able to process high volume of work, prioritize tasks, and maintain superior attention to detail and quality.
Able to communicate effectively by written and verbal means.
Able to work well independently and work effectively in a group setting.
Appreciation of and professional maturity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Proficient in Word and Excel applications.
