Job Description
  • Assisting in revising existing curricular materials on [Subject] for Lower Secondary level including unit plans and assessments, in response to student achievement data and to ensure that daily instruction is aligned to the ACADEMIC PLAN. 
  • Assisting Subject HOD and being active participants of professional development sessions on [Subject] curriculum.
  • Observing student’s theoretical and practical knowledge on [Subject] instructions to Subject HOD. 
  • Collecting and using data to drive delivered instruction for progressive outcomes.
Job Specification
  • A minimum of 2 years full-time class room teaching experience preferred with demonstrated high student achievement
  • Experience developing standards-based [Subject] curriculum
  • Enthusiastic person who could work through set goals
  • Excellent communicator who could provide and collect timely feedback and support;
  • Having ability and interest to work in a start-up, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly, succinctly and persuasively such that expectations are clear, timelines are delineated, and excellence is defined;
  • A bachelor’s degree with a preference for a graduate degree in a related field. 
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for given subject.
  • Ensure that joyful, rigorous instruction is delivered to every student, every day.
