Job Description

Follow up both outside and inside valley customers.
Confirmation of billing and payment through mails and calls effectively. Make calls to problematic customers regarding the dues and payments.
Daily follow up for payment after users stated as problematic. Follow up bad debts customers in order to recover the revenue of the company.
Proper follow up and visit to the client’s end accordingly. Properly maintain better customer relation through call and field visit with the clients. In cases of urgent and delicate cases direct visit to such customers and solve the problem in timely manner. Update the field visit record in the report.
Prepare weekly and monthly report of the payment and debit note collection from bad debts of previous and current fiscal year as being handled.
Prepare debit note and letter of settlement to the client’s end. Prepare letter of disbursement, balance confirmation letter, etc. for the client as requested.
Tackle internally and externally for solving disputes that occur at the time of dealing with customers for payment and statement.
Team player and have efficiency to properly handle the given duties and responsibilities.
Counseling customers about our product.

Job Specification

At least Intermediate completed.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
Good communication skills and customer pleasing ability.
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Strong detail orientation and communication/Listening.
Should have two wheeler and two wheeler license
