Position: Client Relation Manager (Newspaper Job)

Job Description

• As a client relation manager, you will oversee daily activities at the sales and marketing team
• Analyze customer feedback and root cause of inquiries and complaints, identify areas of improvement to enhance service quality
• Attend client meetings when needed
• Make complex sales and negotiations, attend sales presentations and helps close deal
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
