Position: Chief Technical Officer ( CTO ) (Recent Job)

Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with the business goals
Examine short and long term needs of the Organization and utilize capital to make investments designed to help the organization reach its objective
Develop policies and procedures and use technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers
Oversee the company's data, security, maintenance and the network of a company
Taking responsibilities of customer relations, getting a grasp on the target market and helping deliver IT projects to mark
Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Monitor KPIs of IT Team

Other Specification

Shall be at a point where she/he wants to try out something new or entrepreneurial and can invest time into it
Must have relevant work experience of 5+ years in technology side for the research, design, development, and deployment of the product and the platform
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Equivalent
Experience in designing & managing software development products, Including designing, modelling & technical architecture
Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders from conceptualization to execution
Strong business acumen, ability to translate business requirement to the optimal technology solution
She/ He will be responsible for the Information Security of the Organization and the product
Lead the team of Software Engineering principles. Attract and retain talent, do design and development methodology as long term custodian of engineering assets created
She/ He should have led end to end development of at least one web application/ Mobility product that has been launched
Any experience in the early stage startup side will be a big plus
