Position: Chief- Business Development (Managerial Level) (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Having an in-depth knowledge of services and value proposition
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Building a proper marketing strategy and implementing them to achieve targets
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Job Specification:  

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management with minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prior team handling experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to build relations with new prospective partners
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must possess 2/4 wheeler driving license
