Job Description
- Responsible for assisting food preparation in specific section of the kitchen
- Work as instructed by the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef
- Ensure that the food preparation area is clean at all times
- Relay food orders to the station and ensure that the dishes are prepared on time
- Prepare K.O.T for all orders before supplying the food
- Guide the Commis in their assigned tasks and make sure that the food produced, meet the Quality Standard set by the company.
- Report equipment breakdowns to Maintenance Department and ensure quick repair/replacement
- Ensure that breakages, wastages and pilferage in the Kitchen are kept at a minimum
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
