Job Description

• Career counseling to help  the student to know and understand themselves and the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions
• Help to figure out counselee/student who he/she is and what he/she wants out of their education, career, and life
• Help to identify the factors influencing student’s career development, and help them assess their interests, abilities, and values
• Help students to locate resources and sources of career information
• Help students to determine next steps and develop a plan to achieve their goals
• Counseling students in a proper way related to courses available at neosphere
• Assisting Students in choosing the right course according to their qualification and interest
• Convert footfall into enrollments 

  Job Specification:
