Position: Call Centre Representative (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Obtain customer orders and information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients through website and verify information
• Obtain customer orders from mobile application
• Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing necessary information
• Determine eligibility of clients by comparing client information to requirements
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling to prospective customers and calling the one time and repeat customers to inform about the product of their interest and also networking with them
• Coordinate with the dispatch team and the store team to have the products delivered to customers on time
• Ensure maintenance of  communication equipment by reporting problems on time
• Maintain good public relations with customers before and after a sale
• Maintain database of order, customer and calls
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly plan
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and so on
• Update job knowledge by studying new product description

Job Specification

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Sound knowledge on MS-Office, Email and Internet
• Fluent in speaking/writing English and Nepali
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the Call Center field  
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Management (Preferable Marketing)
• Two-wheelers license holder
• Residents inside Kathmandu Valley is encouraged to apply for the concerned position.
