Job Description
  • Obtain client orders and information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, through website and verifying information.
  • Determine eligibility of clients by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Establish policies by entering client information and confirming pricing.
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing necessary information.
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines set as per company policies.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Specification
  • Candidates having Intermediate Level with at least 1 year experience in similar field (Call Center) or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 months experience in similar field (Call Center) are preferrred.
  • Work Shift - Morning Shift - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Applicants - Female Only
  • Residents inside Kathmandu Valley is encouraged to apply for the concerned position.
