Job Description

Managing Business:

  • Responsible for keeping the revenue engine running through the sales team
  • Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales objectives
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales officer/ Executives to develop lead generation plans
  • Develop promotional ideas and material such as company profile/leaflet and website

Managing Team:

  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales officers or Business development executives and review their performance in a weekly basis
  • responsible for motivating and advising sales tam to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives
  • Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments. For example, Production, Finance.
  • Ability to unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each member.
  • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure sales team adheres to it correctly.
  • Ensure that sales team submit their report correctly in a timely manner
  • Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

Managing Customer

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise.
  • Connect production supervisor or other production related staff with customers and salespeople in the field.
Job Specification
  • At least Bachelor’s degree specialized in Sales or marketing or related professional qualification
  • At least 2 year’s experience in Printing, and Media business
  • Technical sales skills relating to Printing and Media business
  • Expert in People, Customer and  Business management
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Should have good networking channels
