Job Description
  • Perform business-to-business, outside selling activities, including face-to-face cold calling, professional presentations, telephone communication, and written correspondence
  • Develop a strategic sales plan in partnership with existing clients with goals to generate high revenue growth for the company
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies focusing on higher-margin prospects
  • Build relationships and provide solutions to existing clients and prospective clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-up and solutions-based sales
  • Partner with all employees to ensure quality recruitment and placement to our clients
  • Participate in networking, community organizations, and events

Other duties as assigned: 

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Reach or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings, and sales
  • Achieve both individual and team goals
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales

    • Ability to work a varied schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
    • Valid driver's license free from repetitive or serious violations
    • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally daily

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the Internet
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Proven ability to sell in a highly-competitive market and meet deadlines
    • At least 2 years of selling experience in outside business-to-business sales in the service or staffing industry
    • At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
