Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
- Work effectively with International Marketing Team to develop long term strategic relationships.
- Innovate the new client hunting email campaign.
- Strive towards your assigned targets applying ethical methodologies.
- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Motherland services.
- Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with potential clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established business goals and supports Motherland revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare and train the potential candidates to face online interview challenges.
- Prepare presentation on Housekeeping basics, English and Turkish languages.
- Collect most appropriate CVs of the candidates to fulfill the demand, timely.
- Conduct theory and practical sessions for the potential candidates to enhance their language (English and Turkish), and acquaint the candidates with modern household appliances demonstrating its safe usages.
- Coordinate with the overseas client/s, agents and candidates to conduct face-to-face and online interviews efficiently.
- Develop the candidates’ appropriate pictures and videos to share with the client.
- Handle the complaints efficiently with appropriate solutions, if cannot, then escalate the complaint/s to higher authorities.
- Submit and collect the VFS documents of the candidates as and when required.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure successful implementations.
- Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team on a monthly basis.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Fluency in English & Nepali Language
- Good Communication Skills
