Position: Business Development Officer (Premium Job)

Job Description

1. Digital Media Management:

• Plan and execute all digital sales and marketing campaigns
• Draw a plan and execute SEO/SEM of the digital platforms
• Promote the company’s product and services in the digital platforms ensuring efficient display and advertising campaigns
• Plan and develop content to float on the digital platforms
• Track the traffic flow and prepare internal reports regularly
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the company can capitalize on the developments in the digital marketing
• Work with the management to develop marketing budget and adhere to the budget while operating marketing activities
• Collaborate with the agencies and other vendor partners
• Develop and maintain marketing database

2. Operations Management:

• Work closely with management to set and implement standards operating procedures, systems, and documentation as per the requirement of the management
• Manage vendors by establishing relationships with key operations vendors, tracking vendor pricing and service levels
• Communicate customer issues with operation team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints by analyzing customers' needs
• Work closely with the inventory team to perform analysis of the inventory to  ensure effective inventory level and maintenance of solid inventory data 
• Manage logistics through planning, control, and implementation of the effective movement and storage of information, goods, and services from one point to another
• Develop and maintain the customer database

Job Specification

•  Strong marketing and negotiation skills
•  Ability to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•  Comfortable in both leadership and team-player role
•  Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
•  Excellent interpersonal skill
•  Two-wheeler driving license holder
