Job Description
  • Assist and responsible the overall project planning, design, monitoring, development and consultation Project Coordinator
  • Ensure and implement qualitative and quantitative activity implementation in accordance with the plan, DIP and time frame
  • Assist and coordinate the project field staff team activities in the project area
  • Liaise and coordinate with Ward, Village Municipality and Local Political Mechanism in relation to the project implementation
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in day to day activity implementation of the project activities
  • Prepare progress reports, financial reports, financial reports and timely submission to Project Coordinator
  • Conduct field visit (75% Yearly) to monitor trainings and materials utilization to ensure effectiveness of the trainings and technology supports
  • Prepare quality document, monitor trainings and materials utilization to ensure effectiveness of the trainings and technology support
  • Ensure the activities conducted are in relevance to the partnership contract
  • Establish strong institutional relationship with donors, relevant NGOs, government and the beneficiaries.
