Job Description
  • Recommend business process improvements / re-engineering in various departments within the office and other location of the organization
  • Prepare business plans and conduct any required research 
  • Carry out marketing researches for new or existing products, raw-materials, services, etc
  • Prepare a system to give monthly updates to management on USD Exchange, Stocks, Commodity movements, and other such goods based on concrete and thorough research
  • Prepare MIS Reporting systems to be implemented in factory(s) and ensure these reports reach management on timely manner
  • Implement ERP system across one trading unit of organization
  • Assist the HR Representative as and when required
  • Other Ad-Hoc work that may be required from time to time
  • Carry out appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner
Job Specification
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply (One to two years of experience in business development department of any manufacturing or trading company is preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluent in both Nepali and English
  • All round knowledge of basic management such as finance, marketing, human resources, operations etc
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel); email and internet
  • Proficient in using statistical tools
