  • BSc. ITM/MBA/BBA. in sales & marketing (preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in software sales to medium and large enterprises
  • 2+ years of experience in managing end to end sales process
  • Must be goal- oriented with the ability to manage pressure and achieve targets in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously to achieve deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all level with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and decision making ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Job Description

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Documentation management and experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets)
  • Coordinate with the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across online and offline channels
  • Generate sales lead and business opportunities to sell products
  • Establish contact and enhance relationships with customers, dealers or distributors to generate sales for expanding existing business volume
  • Build Strategic and Profitable partnerships with big corporate houses of the country
  • Manage offline marketing team and external agencies to oversee overall offline marketing strategy for the company
  • Strengthen Teqmint brand equity and positioning by identifying business development efforts and corporate partnership opportunities
  • Prepare Marketing Plans and ensure marketing KPI’s are met within the stipulated budget
  • Follow-up sales inquiries to maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing information and guidance, as well as evaluate their feedback received from them
  • Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management teams
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world from a sales and AI & Blockchain business perspective.
