Position: Business Analyst (Recent Job)

Write business interpretation to fit for development writings through epic, stories in agile platform.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Work with project managers, technical lead to develop and implement product feature easier to use and provide appropriate feedbacks for reconstruction.
Prepare use case, flow chart, state, process flow diagram to better visualize the product.
Study product samples and work closely with product designer and facilitate and support to provide better user design experiences.
Write and organize supporting document for products.
Review and understand the product architecture to write and prepare technical and use case documents.
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and business stakeholders and amend existing the document accordingly.
Assisting with the business case with planning and monitoring throughout the iterations.
Translating and simplifying requirements, mapping BRD to technical writing and stories.
Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
Initiate regular meetings and discussion with project manager, technical members and business stakeholders.

Working on team to help their peers groom the product backlog.
Work closely with the QA and testers to properly validate the written acceptance criteria.
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animations and charts to increase users’ understanding.
Requirements analysis, management and technical transformation.
Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
Bachelors or Master Degree in related field.
Should have a certain year of experience in related field.
