Position: Branch Manager (Recent Job)

Graduate in any discipline (preferably MBA/MBS) from a recognized university
Minimum experience of 5 years preferably in automobile/heavy equipment Sales Only
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team and under pressure
Should be able to lead the team to achieve targets
Good communication skills and presentation skills
Possess good skill in operating e-mail, internet and MS-Office applications
Should be flexible in terms of working hours
Should have 2-Wheeler License

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet goals and metrics
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Maintains an excellent institutional and individual customer database and Explores new customers segments
