Job Description
- Producing and preparing detailed drawing, designs and specification
- Negotiating with the client and other stakeholders to finalize the design
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Making site visits to check on progress of ongoing projects
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Architecture having more than 5 years of professional experience
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage, environmental impact and aesthetic value
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Auto CAD, Lumion or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for details
- Communication and project management skills
