Job Description

• The candidate is required to call the customer and provide the required information.
• The candidate should be able to understand the complaints and be enabling the satisfaction of the customer.
• Will be responsible for speaking with US clients
• Will be responsible for selling companies’ products

Job Specification

• Should hold excellent command over English
• Should be willing to work in night shift
• Should be fluent in American accent or must have Neutral accent.
• Should have good English communication skills
