Job Description
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain internal databases
- Submit expense reports
- Keep employee records (physical and digital)
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle queries from managers and employees
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in human resources, fleet, procurement, Finance, accounting or administrative /finance officer level position with progressive responsibilities
- Experience with an I/NGO preferred. Familiarity the relevant public donors’ regulations a plus
- Proficient in Excel and experience with Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Sun Systems financial accounting package or similar financial reporting software a plus
