Job Description
  • Book meetings and schedule events
  • Order office stationery and supplies
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Submit expense reports
  • Keep employee records (physical and digital)
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in human resources, fleet, procurement, Finance, accounting or administrative /finance officer level position with progressive responsibilities
  • Experience with an I/NGO preferred. Familiarity the relevant public donors’ regulations a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Sun Systems financial accounting package or similar financial reporting software a plus
