Job Description
- Working for the Accounting and Financial Management Unit.
- Supprting to the Administration & Human Resources Unit.
Job Specification
- VAT Billing, assist to VAT reporting & deposit/refund.
- Daily accounting of customers and vendors including vouching, ledger entry, statement, reconciliation.
- Dealing to the banks, bank reconciliation, deposits & withdraws, payment to the vendors/suppliers.
- Overseas communication regards to the reconciliation, payment, collection, etc.
- Support to payment collection.
- Support to Admin & HR team.
- Fortnightly and Monthly reporting to MD.
