Job Description
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting informations preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
- According to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurated and immediately available when needed '
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Job Specification
- Must be very fluent in excel.
- Accounting software – swastik and tally
- Must be Smart and active female candidate as can deal will client as well.
- If work is as expected then increment is not an issue .
- Must have good knowledge of operating Accounting software packages
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
