Job Description
- Responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial statements for the organization.
- Provides managements with financial analyses, development budgets, and accounting reports; analyzes financial feasibility for the most complex proposed projects; conducts market research to forecast trends and business conditions
- Review the postings, payments, and revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
- Responsible for financial forecasting and risks analysis
- Performs cash management, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
- Responsible for developing and managing financial systems and policies
- Ensures compliance with taxation legislation
- Handles all accounting transactions for the organization
- Serves as internal auditor for organization.
- Effectively manage the accounting team through respectful communication, clear expectations, relevant training, productive coaching, regular meetings, and appropriate performance management.
- Monitors and contains all property inventories to ensure proper levels without causing burdens on property cash flows
- Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.
- Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
