Position: Account Officer (Female) (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Manage all accounting transaction
• Reconcile debtor & creditors statement
• Prepare necessary report for management
• Capable of working under pressure
• Manage petty cash
• Visit bank and do needful documentaries work
• Reconcile bank statement of the company
• Voucher preparation of receipts and expenses
• Record the fund transferred from various exchanges and crosscheck with the revenue ledgers and if necessary correspond with the bank
• Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status

Job Specification

• Having working knowledge of  Accounting software and Microsoft excel and word.
• Should have basic idea about Vat, Tax, Tally and Billing Procedure
• Ability to  analyze figures and knowledge of accounting principles
• Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work within a team and under pressure

Note : Two Wheeler Scooty/ License Preferred
