Job Description
  • Organizing shipments of parcels received for delivery to required locations.
  • Co-ordination with delivery drivers within and outside kathmandu valley
  • Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties and solving it in best possible way.
  • Managing other office staff as a leader and managing their working shifts.
  • Address client's inquiries and complaints through telephone, email, letter or even face-to-face.
  • Handel & solve clients complaint through proper investigation.
  • Maintain proper records of parcels dispatched, Update their delivery status within and outside valley.
  • Reporting to supervisors on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Assist and co-ordinate with other office staffs and management team for operating company's procedure correctly.
  • Prepare MIS report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis.
Job Specification
  • At least bachelor's degree in any field
  • Should have good interpersonal skill
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excell, MS Word, Email & Internet
  • Ability to handle inward phone calls with very good communication skill.
  • Smart personality and ability to work as a team leader, attend meetings and programs on behalf of company.
  • Should be flexible to work overtime as per need.
