Job Description
The Implementation Officer will act as the primary liaison between eDigital Nepal and its clients. This role ensures successful onboarding, project scheduling, coordination, and continuous support. It demands strong ownership, team management, and client communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients
- Conduct client onboarding, requirement gathering, and workflow mapping
- Prepare project schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate with support and technical teams
- Maintain continuous communication with clients for updates, follow-ups, and feedback
- Ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones
- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate where needed
- Support client relationship management and retention efforts
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in management, IT, or related field
- Strong project coordination and client communication skills
- Experience in CSR, Client Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles preferred
- Ability to lead, guide, and support team members
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and ownership mindset
