Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling CleanX products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Kathmandu Valley. The role requires a proactive and confident individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling field sales and basic marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell CleanX hygiene and automobile products to existing and potential clients.
Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and digital campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
Provide periodic sales reports and updates to the management team.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer relationships effectively.
Represent CleanX professionally and maintain the company’s reputation in the market.
Job Specification
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
Experience in automobile product sales or a related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and sales-driven mindset.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems.
Good command of English and Nepali (both spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a 2-wheeler with valid driving license.
Other Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer trust.
Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley for client visits.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: NPR 20,000 + attractive incentives based on performance.
