Job Description
  • To implement the  child protection project  in Nuwakot (Urleni and Ralukadevi)
  • To Organize training, workshops and meetings with the Rural municipality, ward office, LCCHT, VCPC, IRC, WCF, SHG, children club, school and related stakeholders
  • To prepare event/activities budget and do reporting and documentation of the project.
  • To Coordinate, and build good networking connection with the RM ward level stakeholders.
  • To mobilize community, CBOs and beneficiaries to achieve the goal of the child protection project
  • To collect success story for reporting and documentation purpose.
  • To communicate, update and report to cluster office and line manager of the ongoing progress.
  • Ensure and make complete work plan of program and implement it within the given time frame.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be request by the Project Coordinator.
  • Undertake timely communication and meetings with stakeholders associated with the project.
  • Assist the Cluster Manger and Child Protection Officer to prepare the project planning, budgeting and reporting.
  • To be willing to travel and work in the field when required.
Job Specification
  • Excellent communication skill (verbal and written in English and Nepali).
  •  Intermediate complete in Sociology, Rural Development or relevant field
  • Experience 1-3 years in the relevant field.
  • Scheduling, Time Management, Reporting, and Presentation Skills
  • Equipment Maintenance skill.
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Takes initiative (self-motivated), thinks objectively, and has great interpersonal skills.
  • Remain calm under pressure and excellent analytical /problem solving skill.
  • Ability to live and work in difficult remote areas and travel extensively.
  • Must have positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable children and family.
  • Good photography Skill
  • Good Command in community group facilitation and writing case stories.
  • Demonstrate cross cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
  • Must have high level of integrity and honesty, self-motivated, confident and independent.
  • Able to integrate CarNetNepal values with the specific job s/he performs.
  • Having valid motor bike or scooter driving license
